All orders ship from our bakery in Melville, NY.
Shipping Dates are only on Wednesdays and Thursdays of every week
Orders placed before Tuesday at noon will ship out Wednesday or Thursday
We ship all orders USPS priority mail which is typically 1-3 days to destination.
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout.
At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States.

Returns
We can only assume that mere curiosity has brought you to our Return Policy.
It’s hard for us to fathom that you have found your way here out of necessity.
You’re not honestly saying that a product from our skilled hands to your front door has fallen short of perfection…are you?
Okay, fine, we’ll be honest: We don’t know too much about returns. In all our years of baking, it just hasn’t come up very often. You probably won’t even believe it, but, prior to launching our website, we all sat down and tried to mine our collective memory for some sort of clear consensus about the policies and procedures we have used in the past when it comes to returns.
The consensus? That there is none.
So we apologize in advance if you came here looking for rules, exceptions, and disclaimers. We simply don’t have any.

If you feel that the product you receive is damaged in any way or if you are not 100% thrilled with the bread or pound cake you ordered, please contact us at 631.424.2011, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
Alongside our breads and pound cakes, we are most passionate about our customers and their satisfaction. Our staff will work with you to ensure that your order is rectified and your concerns thoroughly addressed.
